VYNAMIC GMBH, THE JOINT VENTURE OF AF RACING AG AND HWA AG

Niederwil/Affalterbach – Vynamic GmbH, the joint venture between AF Racing AG and HWA AG, develops and builds the Aston Martin Vantage DTM race cars that are campaigned by R-Motorsport. R-Motorsport is Aston Martin’s exclusive licensed team in the DTM and represents the British luxury sports car manufacturer in the prestigious touring car championship.
Vynamic GmbH is headquartered in Affalterbach, Germany. The joint venture combines the expertise of both partners: AF Racing AG contributes its excellent access to the target market and customer base, while HWA AG specializes in the development, operation and production of race cars and low-volume vehicle series, as well as the associated support services.
The primary objective of Vynamic is to establish a strategic innovation partnership for development projects in motorsport and the automotive sector. Vynamic will be responsible for the development and production of race cars, particularly DTM vehicles, as well as low-volume production of high-performance road cars. By combining the expertise of both partners, the sporting goal is to compete successfully in the DTM championship in 2019.

R-Motorsport is the motorsport brand of AF Racing AG, one of the strategic partners in the Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar project alongside Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. and Red Bull Technologies.

The young motorsport organization first attracted widespread attention by winning the three-hour race at Silverstone in only its second-ever race. The team also achieved three consecutive pole positions, setting a new record in the highly competitive GT racing series.
