The Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Management Board reached this agreement today. Ulrich Fritz had been a member of the Company’s Management Board since the end of 2013 and had served as Chief Executive Officer of HWA AG since 2016.
Mr. Fritz’s responsibilities will, until further notice, be assumed by the remaining member of the Management Board, Martin Marx.
The Supervisory Board would like to expressly thank Mr. Fritz for his contributions to HWA AG and wishes him every success, both personally and professionally, in the future.
