HWA AG STRENGTHENS MANAGEMENT BOARD AND APPOINTS MARTIN MARX AS CEO

Mr. von Schöning has been with HWA AG since November 1, 2020. Most recently, he served as Head of Development Performance Car at the Company. Prior to that, from October 2007 to September 2016, he held various positions in the areas of complete vehicle development and engineering at HWA AG.
The previous sole member of the Management Board of HWA AG, Martin Marx, has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Marx has served on the Management Board of HWA AG since November 1, 2019.
