HWA AG EXPECTED TO SECURE NEW DTM CONTRACT

The continuation of HWA AG’s DTM activities is expected to be carried out through the planned joint venture between HWA AG and AF Racing AG, regarding which HWA AG published details on July 26, 2018.
Within the joint venture, the development, production and operation of Aston Martin DTM race cars are planned under a license held by AF Racing AG from Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. HWA AG will be responsible for the operational implementation of the project.
Through its entry into Formula E for the 2018/2019 season and the planned execution of the new DTM project, HWA AG expects to partially offset the loss of revenue resulting from the conclusion of the DTM program with Daimler AG in 2019.
