HWA AG Completes Fiscal Year 2025 in Line with Expectations

The negative result for the past year was primarily driven by the in-house development of the HWA EVO super sports car. During the reporting period, operating cash flow increased significantly to EUR 16.5 million, compared to EUR 1.6 million in the previous year. Cash flow from investing activities amounted to EUR -19.1 million, compared to EUR -7.5 million in the prior year.
The company will publish its audited annual and consolidated financial statements for 2025 in May 2026.
The mandate of CEO Martin Marx has been extended by a further three years until October 2029.
