ARDEN INTERNATIONAL MOTORSPORT AND HWA RACELAB LAUNCH FORMULA 2 PARTNERSHIP

Following the recently announced team entry into Formula 3, HWA RACELAB is now extending its involvement to another highly competitive international championship.
Formula 2 races, like those of Formula 3, take place as support events to Formula 1 and represent key steps within the FIA Formula Pyramid for the development of young driving talents aspiring to compete successfully at the highest levels of motorsport.
Arden International Motorsport has competed in Formula 2, formerly known as the GP2 Series, since 2005. Twelve former Arden drivers have progressed to Formula 1, including current F1 drivers Pierre Gasly (Red Bull), Daniil Kvyat (Toro Rosso), Carlos Sainz (McLaren) and Sergio Perez (Racing Point).
The partnership between Arden International and HWA RACELAB brings together one of the most successful driver development teams in international single-seater racing and the most successful team in DTM history.
HWA RACELAB Team Principal Ulrich Fritz commented:
