HWA AG Adjusts Forecast and Plans Capital Measures Affalterbach, 25 June 2026 – HWA AG had projected a further improvement in both total output and EBIT for the 2026 financial year compared with the previous year. Based on the latest projections of the planned figures, an increase in total output remains possible. However, the EBIT forecast is being adjusted. The Company continues to aim for slightly positive EBIT, although a moderate EBIT loss can currently not be ruled out.

Strong debut for the HWA EVO.R at the 24h Nürburgring

Nürburg – HWA made a strong debut with the HWA EVO.R at the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring. Two of the Affalterbach-based company’s newly developed race cars finished on the class podium in the SP-X category at the endurance classic. Furthermore, all the HWA EVO.R cars entered saw the chequered flag after 24 hours of racing.

HWA AG Completes Fiscal Year 2025 in Line with Expectations

Affalterbach, April 21, 2026 – HWA AG closed the 2025 financial year in line with its communicated expectations. The company generated consolidated revenue of EUR 75.4 million in the past financial year, compared to EUR 66.4 million in the previous year. EBIT amounted to EUR -6.7 million. Both revenue and the negative EBIT were in line with management’s expectations for 2025. After taxes and interest, the net loss for 2025 amounted to EUR 9.1 million.
